This is a 10' Dempster
Model #11 wood mill.
It has white blades with red tips. Trailing edge of vane outlined in red. It is on a metal tower.

Made by Dempster Windmill Company. This mill took the first step toward the need of self oiling mills. A dipper lifts oil from the reservoir to special channels which feed the oil to the bearings.
