12' Dempster

This is a 12' Dempster
Model #4 wood mill.
Location: SPWA Park
This in an umbrella
mill. The wheel is cypress wood, white with red tips. It is
on a wood tower.
Weight is a short tail
horse on a square black iron weight. J.B. Buchanan found it near
Bryan's Corner, OK. J.B. rebuilt some of the metal parts, built a
wood wheel and set it on a short tower. After a storm damaged it,
the SPWA acquired and rebuilt it for the park.
