12' Monitor

This is a 12' Monitor
Model L Vaneless wood mill. It is white with red tips. Has
a cement football for a balance weight.
Location: SWPA Park
Made by Baker Co., of Evansville, Wisconsin. Built about 1916. J.B. Buchanan had this mill up on a steel tower from Hooker, Oklahoma. Iron head from Wichita, Kansas. J. D. Wilbanks did the machine work. Don Reed and Orville Latham rebuilt the wheel.
