This is an 8' Chandler
open gear steel mill.
It is on a metal tower and has red tips.

Butler made this mill but sold by Chandler Company. The mill and tower came form Duckett Farm in the Oklahoma Panhandle. It was donated to the SWPA; Dwayne and Maurice Mitchell, Burl and Roger Buchanan jacked up the entire mill to get it on a trailer for the SWPA. Terry Schneider restored and painted it.
