8' Currie

This is an 8' Swallowtail
Currie metal mill on a wooden tower.
Made in Topeka, Kansas. Currie mills had wood bearings. The tail, when shut off, angled up at 45 degrees.
Location: SPWA Park
This mill came from Francis Scakett, near Cleo Springs, Oklahoma. When on J.B.'s farm, it was on a steel tower from the Reynold's place west of Spearman.
Now at the SPWA Park. it was adopted by the employees of Hansford Implement in memory of Jeff Lackey.
