CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS

Spearman's many civic organizations function in the same spirit of service and quality that is common to the people of Spearman. Many of the clubs listed below provide service to our community through their participation in many programs such as Meals on Wheels, Bingo at Hansford Manor (our local nursing home), the Halloween Carnival, Heritage Days Celebration, community programs, and various youth activities. An exceptionally large proportion of Spearman citizens serve in these various clubs and organizations.

    • Responsible for the O'Loughlin Center which was built with no tax dollars.
    Planning began in 1990, opening was June 9th 1994.
